There are five types of fee arrangements that we use for our legal services including the following:

Hourly Rate (currently $350/hour for Daniel E. Hanley and $225/hour for Sean S. Hanley) -- Fees depend on work actually done on case.

Hourly Rate with Retainer (retainer paid on engagement) -- Fees depend on work actually done on case. Retainer (similar to deposit) is paid up front and is credited against office billing and other costs.

Project Fee (typically for estate planning, foreclosures, real estate transactions, real estate exchanges and real estate loans) -- One fee for all project related tasks.

Contingent Fee (typically for litigation matters) -- Fee is a percentage of amount recovered. Client does not pay if there is no recovery.

Mixed Contingent/Hourly Fee -- Fee is hourly rate (typically lower than normal) and percentage of amount recovered.

Ask us about our easy to do "Online Client Referral Discount," whereby you can earn a discount of up to $50. on your attorney fees.

We accept Credit and Debit Card payments via Visa and MasterCard. We are willing, whenever possible, to make special arrangements for the payment of fees.

Legal bills are due upon receipt and are late if not paid within thirty (30) days unless otherwise previously arranged.

Fees charged by the firm are set forth at the outset of each engagement. We will explain up front our legal fees and billing procedures. Each client enters into a written contract with the firm specifying the type of fee arrangement.

Fees for foreclosures.

Foreclosures range from $350. for the Standard Foreclosure Service to $750. for the Premier Foreclosure Package. Learn More.

Family Trusts range from $1500. to $2500. including the initial office meeting, documents (Will, Advanced Health Care Directive, Certified Abstract of Trust and Deed of Real Property), execution conference and trust funding.
