We provide private money (sometimes our own controlled funds) for bridge loans, business or for personal reasons.

We loan money in probate cases where beneficiaries have immediate need for money but their inheritance is tied up in court. We also make loans to estate executors (or trustees) with approval of the estate (or trust) attorneys to meet estate obligations.

Real Estate lending involves a loan to a borrower who executes a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust (known as a Trust Deed). The Deed of Trust encumbers the borrower's real property. The promissory note is the borrower's promise to repay the loan.
